About

Art SkipperRealty Inc.

Art Skipper began his company in 1984 after serving over 30 years in the Coast Guard. He was stationed on Oak Island four times, including 1958, the year the lighthouse was constructed. Upon beginning his real estate career, the first property Art sold was the lifesaving station, which was the Coast Guard of it’s time when constructed.

Now a private residence, it’s featured in our logo along with the former USCG station and Oak Island Lighthouse. Whether it’s a cottage at the beach, a luxury condo, or a lifesaving station, let the professionals at Art Skipper Realty assist you with your next real estate need.

Clients are Saying

“My 80+ year old aunt made tough decision sell her home and relocate to be closer to larger family network. Trying to support her remotely (hours away) was challenging. We looked for a qualified realtor who was successful, could demonstrate the patience that would be required, and willing to make the multiple avenues of communication also required (we needed the right temperament for difficult process ahead). Kim spent so much time providing advice to the family for how to clean up, who could help, and what must be done. She got us to our target price and spent several late in the evening hours making sure to meticulously cover documents, explain the process, and answer numerous repeated questions. Kim went well past above and beyond. I cannot say enough glowing things about her and her team. Kim was a positive, creative, reliable, passionate, dedicated, and determined. On the back side of this process, I have an immense respect and gratitude for which I would like to offer my greatest and most sincere recommendation.”
